Refund Policy

Returns

In most cases, returns are not accepted. Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and you must contact us via email within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return your product, please contact us via email at karleeandcompany@gmail.com.

Damages

Please inspect your item upon receipt of product and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect product. We are happy to help resolve the issue and make it right.

Refund

If a return is approved, we will notify you once we have received, inspected your product, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank to process and credit your account. If it has been past 15 business days, please contact us via email at karleeandcompany@gmail.com.
